The World Food Platform Central Asia is a regional initiative designed to strengthen food systems across a strategically important but often underrepresented region. Central Asia plays a vital role in grain production, livestock, and regional food trade, while facing unique challenges shaped by arid climates, water dependency, land degradation, and evolving economic structures. The World Food Platform Central Asia provides a coordinated framework to unlock this potential.
